These Terms of Service govern your use of the On-Time Mobile Car Detailing website and the mobile car detailing services we provide throughout Austin, Texas and the surrounding communities. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or email. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window and will contact you if traffic, weather, or a previous job runs long. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and must be booked by 11am.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for each service package is listed on our website and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any add-on services requested at the time of the appointment. Payment is due upon completion of the detail unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.

Site Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle at the service address you provide. If the location is unsafe, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible when we arrive, we may need to reschedule and a service fee may apply. Please notify us of any access codes, gate keys, or parking instructions in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. You can reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment at no charge. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result of a completed detail, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing paint, upholstery, or mechanical conditions that cannot be resolved through detailing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle; please remove valuables before your appointment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page and applies to bookings made after the effective date.
